In compliance with the "Notice on Issues Concerning the Implementation of the 'State Council's Opinions on Reforming and Improving the Postdoctoral System'" (MHRSS [2017] No. 20), which mandates the discharge of postdoctoral researchers exceeding a six-year term after due notification or public announcement, and in line with applicable national and university regulations to standardize postdoctoral management, the following five postdoctoral fellows are hereby announced for discharge following consultations with their respective supervisors and relevant officials: Li Yang, Li Yingying, Shafiq Ur Rahman, Yang Jie, and Zhang Xiaoli (list below):
