Research Interests

Engaged in the chemistry of nanomaterials and energy nanotechnology, focusing on the controlled synthesis of nanomaterials, surface/interface regulation, and fundamental and applied research of nanodevices:

1. Preparation and devices of high-mobility two-dimensional materials (graphene, topological insulators, bismuth-based two-dimensional chip materials)

2. New materials for efficient energy conversion and the regulation of their structure and physical properties

3. Fundamental research on chip technology, optical communication, quantum regulation, and energy applications in the post-Moore era

4. Graphene electron microscopy grids
