Research Interests

We apply computational chemistry, biochemistry, structural biology and other means to deeply study the molecular level mechanism of important protein regulation in life activities, especially the interaction of key proteins in tumor related signaling pathways, the interaction between different domains of protein kinases in cell cycle regulation, or the interaction between protein kinases and their regulatory proteins, as well as the interaction between ligands and receptors in important signaling pathways (such as Wnt pathway), and study small molecule regulators that block or promote these interactions on the basis of structure.
