Research Interests

The research group is committed to integrating single-cell multi omics analysis of patients and mouse models and functional research in vivo and in vitro, in order to analyze the pathogenesis of tumors and immune related diseases from the molecular and cellular levels, explore the response and resistance mechanisms of immunotherapy, and explore the functions of tumor / treatment response related cells and next-generation targeting strategies.
